Free tool · HTTP redirects
See what happens when someone follows an old product link. Check the HTTP response, every redirect and the final address — for Shopware and other webshops.
An HTTP check from our server. Page content, browser redirects and Google indexing are not measured.
200: the server returned a successful response. Open the page and check its content; a successful code alone does not prove that the page is useful or indexable.
301 / 308: permanent redirects. 302 / 303 / 307: other redirect responses, with temporary handling relevant to the site’s workflow. Review the destination and why the rule exists.
404 / 410: the requested resource is not found or is gone. This can be correct when there is no relevant replacement. 403 / 429: the site may be blocking or limiting the checker.
Before removing a product, record its address and intended replacement or category. After configuring the rule, check that exact old address and then the destination. Repeat for each relevant language and sales channel.
The checker works independently of your shop and does not install or change redirects. Product 404 Redirects is the separate Shopware extension for handling eligible deleted product URLs inside your shop.
The checker makes a GET request and reads HTTP response headers. It follows up to ten redirects, with a maximum check time of ten seconds. It does not load page assets or execute JavaScript, and it does not use your browser’s cookies or login.
Results can differ by location, bot protection and server configuration. The displayed time is the time taken by this check, not a page-speed or Core Web Vitals measurement. HTTP status alone cannot establish Google indexing, canonical selection or the relevance of the final page.
The tool supports public websites on standard HTTP and HTTPS ports. For a large catalogue, use the downloadable checklist to define your sample and a dedicated crawler for a broader audit.
Send your Shopware version, sales channels and the task you need to solve. We can define the next useful step.
